We have seen continued success with BAM+ since 2:00pm ET on Monday, October 20th. We are actively monitoring the AWS outage to mitigate any potential future issues.

We are currently seeing that the intermittent timeouts have cleared. AWS is reporting that they are seeing recovery of their API and Services subsystems. We are continuing to monitor, but believe that BAM services are currently operational.
