We have received confirmation from users that a recent allocation of further resources to Patient Triage services has resolved the issue.

We've received reports of patients experiencing intermittent issues when submitting a Patient Triage Form. Users are also experiencing issues submitting forms on behalf of patients via Reception Flow.
