Slowness whilst using Accurx with EMIS

EMIS have updated their status page to say they are investigating with high priority and next update will be 2.30pm.

Update from EMIS:
"We are aware that some users may be experiencing degraded performance with the Partner API. We are investigating this with high priority and will provide updates as work progresses.
Thank you for your patience whilst we work to resolve this, and we apologise for any inconvenience this may be causing.

EMIS are experiencing issues this morning on their API which is causing degradation to service. They’re looking at increasing capacity to reduce the slowness whilst using Accurx.
