We are currently investigating an interruption of service for the Activity Log and Notifications in the Acquia Cloud interface. While task services are operational and any application changes will appear on your workflow pages, these activities and other changes to your subscription, such as build deploys, will appear in your Activity Log as ongoing.

Acquia has resolved the cause of the degradation of Drupal Cloud API performance. We are monitoring the situation at this time and will provide further updates as they are available.

IDENTIFIED about 2 years ago - at 10/25/2022 02:38PM

Tasks in the Acquia Cloud UI are running and completing, however notifications in the activity feed are not reporting task completion and the Drupal Cloud API is not reporting task completion. Acquia is working on a resolution and will provide additional information as it becomes available.

We are continuing to investigate an interruption of service for Activity Log and Notifications in the Acquia Cloud User Interface. The cause of this interruption in service in the Acquia UI is related to an issue with the Drupal Cloud API.
While task services are operational and any application changes will appear on your workflow pages, these activities and other changes to your subscription, such as build deploys, will appear in your Activity Log as ongoing.
