Acquia has detected a temporary service interruption in the Acquia Content Hub services.

The issue causing a delay in data processing for Content Hub services has been resolved. Content Hub syndication speed is back to normal levels. All services are operational at this time.

Acquia has identified the source of the issue causing a delay in data processing for Content Hub services and a fix has been deployed. Acquia anticipates delays in syndication speed for several hours while services recover. We will provide additional information as it becomes available.

We are currently investigating a delay in data processing for Content Hub services. This is impacting customers in the US-East product region. We have identified the source of the issue and are working on a fix, which will cause a service downtime in syndication of 15 minutes. In order to reduce the data processing delay after the fix implementation, we advise our customers to disable export jobs for non-production publisher sites. We will provide additional information once the fix has been implemented.
