The underlying cause of this service interruption has been addressed. All affected Acquia Cloud IDE services have been restored. All services are operational at this time.
The underlying cause of the issue has been identified and we are in process of releasing a fix for all affected Cloud IDEs shortly. As the release begins, users will notice their Cloud IDEs coming online and becoming accessible again. We'll notify again once the release is completed.
Services for Acquia Cloud IDEs are currently interrupted for some users. We are working to resolve this at this time. We will provide additional updates when services have been fully restored.
