Acquia has detected an SSL certificate issue with customer authentication.

The underlying cause of this service interruption has been addressed. All affected services have been restored. All services are operational at this time

A fix has been deployed to address the Content Hub sync issues caused by SSL certificate errors, and services have now resumed. We are continuing to monitor performance at this time.

Acquia is investigating SSL errors that are causing the Content Hub service to fail when synchronizing data. The SSL certificate failure is preventing customers’ Drupal applications from authenticating into the service, affecting both publisher and subscriber sites. Specifically in the ap-southeast-2 and eu-central-1 regions. We will provide updates as more information becomes available
