A bug in Addigy's MDM service caused a "Certificate Signature Verification failed" error when customers attempted to create or renew Apple Push Notification service (APNs) certificates through the Apple portal. Already-enrolled devices were unaffected; only new certificate creation and renewals were blocked. The issue was resolved within 55 minutes — customers must download a fresh AddigyCSR.plist file from their Addigy instance before uploading to Apple's APNs portal, as older files will not work.
