Repayment Degradation for Users using Android Affirm App

The fix has been deployed and is available in the most recent version of the Android Affirm Application. We have seen the repayment service return to its usual performance for users with the updated version. User applications will update automatically over the next few days at which point the issue will be fully resolved, but users may manually update their applications for faster recovery.

We implemented a fix and we will continue to monitor the situation to ensure that our systems are fully operational.

We are aware of an issue where users using the Android Affirm App are unable to make payments. This issue is only affecting repayments through the Android Application so users can still may make payments on the web. Our team is currently investigating, and we will provide additional updates as soon as possible.
