INVESTIGATING 3 months ago - at 08/19/2024 08:14PM

Starting at around 12:30p PST, we saw an increase an errors and latency across some of our services. We see that services that customers use to repay loans are affected, mainly within the Affirm mobile apps. We also see increased latencies on some endpoints related to our checkout flow. Lastly, we see that some instances of the Transactions API are experiencing latency and degradation.

We are exploring options to mitigate the issue as soon as possible.
