Issues accessing on.aiir.com

An error occurred while processing a routine operation, which resulted in the Aiir platform being unavailable for around an hour between 5:30 and 6:30 UTC.

Platform-wide issues are a rarity for Aiir, and we appreciate the significant disruption they can cause. We are really sorry this happened, have fixed the issue, and are working to prevent anything similar from happening in future.

An issue affecting one of the Aiir platform’s servers has been identified and resolved. Affected services are back online, and we are continuing to investigate the cause to prevent any reoccurrence. Sorry for any disruption caused.

We are currently investigating an issue where users are unable to access the Aiir platform at on.aiir.com. We apologise for the disruption this has caused and are working to resolve the issue. Customer-facing websites are not affected.
