We found a quick fix and been able to restore the service.
Synchronizations for all regions should be back to normal.
We will keep monitoring during the weekend.

Products on existing Shared Catalogs are temporarily not synchronized from the PIM (limited to Europe). The issue has been identified and a mitigation plan is already in place.
The creation and deletion of new catalogs are not impacted.
