Incident Report
We are currently investigating reports of an issue affecting our SMS messaging services. Customers may be not receiving SMS/text messages related to Service Alerts (e.g. machine issues), and Customer Alerts (e.g. wash cycle will completed in 3 minutes).
Service Alerts may also be delivered via email using the same configuration settings for SMS.
Our engineering team has been alerted and is actively working to identify the root cause. We understand the importance of this service and apologize for the disruption.
We will provide another update as soon as we have more information.

SMS messaging should be returning to normal for all users. We will continue to observe system performance and stability closely.
