Our technical team has identified a problem with the **3D Secure (3DS)** authentication flow within the Shopify embedded application. Because the 3DS verification is not functioning correctly, customers are unable to finalize their payments at checkout.If your store is affected, you can restore credit card processing by temporarily switching from the embedded application to our regular Shopify application. We continue to investigate the source of the issue.In the meantime, we recommend that you disable the Embedded app, and instead install the regular card payments app u003chttps://apps.shopify.com/altapay-ccu003eYou can use the same API credentials and configuration.
