Our Engineering team is working towards identifying the root cause of and implementing a fix for this issue as we speak. We will update this page once we have more information. A fix has been implemented and we are seeing success across the board. If you experienced a sudden logout mid-session, please log back in.

We are continuing to monitor this situation, but all users should be seeing relief now.

Our authentication service performance is degraded but we are not seeing a complete outage at this time. We are doing a redeploy to prevent a complete outage. This redeploy will log users out of active sessions and require a re-login.
