Amplify conducted scheduled maintenance on Thursday 4/2 beginning at 10pm EST, causing system downtime across all major services including Amplify ELA, Reading, Science, mCLASS Assessment and Intervention, Customer Support, and Amplify.com. The maintenance lasted approximately 13.5 hours and was completed successfully by Thursday morning at 8:22am EST.

An issue affected users' ability to access questions and navigate through activities in Amplify Science and Amplify ELA curriculum products. The engineering team implemented a fix and monitored the results before fully resolving the incident. The service disruption lasted approximately 23 days from initial detection to final resolution.

Amplify experienced intermittent 504 error messages displaying across multiple pages on amplify.com for 1.1 hours. While the errors were visible to users, actual product usage remained unaffected throughout the incident. The engineering team investigated and resolved the issue.

Amplify experienced a major service incident affecting Classwork accessibility and eReader functionality, where highlights, annotations, and real-time activity saving were not working properly. The issue impacted Amplify ELA and Amplify Science curriculum applications for 1.8 hours. The engineering team implemented a fix and monitored the results before fully resolving the incident.
