Between 9PM on August 7th PST to 10:20AM on August 8th PST, Snowflake imports failed temporarily, resulting in delayed data ingestion. No data was lost during this period. We fixed the root issue at 10:20AM, new imports should be functioning now. We are currently working on recovering the failed imports, will provide an update shortly.

The failed imports are currently being reprocessed. Recovery time will vary from a few minutes to several hours depending on import size. We’ll provide another update once all re-imports are complete.
