Amplitude's Experiment Flags Management API (/api/1/flags) experienced a 2.5-hour degradation, returning incomplete or empty responses when customers attempted to list feature flags via the API. The issue was isolated to the management API only - feature flags remained visible in the Amplitude UI and continued to evaluate correctly for end users. The team identified the root cause, deployed a fix, and fully resolved the incident with no data loss.
This incident has been resolved.
We have verified the fix, and the management-api is now fully operational. We will remain in a period of active monitoring to ensure continued stability.
