We are currently investigating an issue resulting in customers experiencing intermittent access issues to the Anaplan Platform.

Work Around: We have identified that an error is intermittently preventing the login page from loading correctly. If customers encounter this issue, please wait several minutes and either an error message or blank white screen will display on the right hand side. On occasion the context does display correctly. Once this error appears, customers should be able to log into the site and access it as normal.

We are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible and will provide updates every 30 minutes or upon resolution.
