[X (Twitter)] Degraded Performance - Account Connections (Monitoring)

X (Twitter) has resolved their outage monitoring. We have also seen success in connections and this is now resolved as far as Apptegy is able to confirm.

X (Twitter) has stated that they are now only seeing degraded performance. We are still monitoring the situation and will leave this status in place until they confirm full operations as this could still be reason for failure to connect to Twitter accounts as expected.

Apptegy has identified that X (Twitter) is experiencing API connection issues since yesterday afternoon at approximately 1 PM Central.

We are actively monitoring the situation and working to mitigate impact where possible. We’ll continue to post updates as we learn more or as the situation changes.

You may see this when attempting to connect to the platform from Thrillshare, whether to get an initial connection in place or potentially in posts that fail to reach X (Twitter).
