Alert service health has returned to normal operation, however we have identified that some Alert messages were not sent successfully as a result of the degraded performance. This may include voice calls, SMS, emails, or Newsletters sent this evening. Our team will review Alerts and Newsletters sent during this time period and reach out those impacted as soon as possible. Please reach out to our support team if you have any questions or concerns.

Alert delivery has not yet returned to normal operation. Our revised estimate is that service health should improve by 9:00pm CDT.
