Some customers were unable to retrieve Microsoft Teams meeting transcripts within Aptem's Communications Connector following a change by Microsoft to tenant-level admin controls for transcript access. The issue lasted approximately 164 hours and required affected customers' Microsoft 365 administrators to update a setting in their Teams admin centre to restore functionality. The incident was resolved once customers were notified and the necessary configuration changes were applied.
