Some users, particularly on the East Coast of the US around New York, experienced intermittent errors and were unable to load the Asana app for 3.6 hours. The issue was identified as being related to HTTP3 protocol and was resolved by disabling HTTP3 for the affected CloudFront distribution, requiring users to perform a hard refresh to restore access.

We believe that this was related to http3, and have disabled http3 for the affected CloudFront distribution. We believe Asana should now load after a hard refresh.
