IDENTIFIED 9 months ago - at 07/18/2025 04:36AM

We have identified the cause of an issue affecting a small number of Forge app installations between July 10, 2025, and July 18, 2025, at 03:38 UTC. This issue meant that the app user was not granted the correct admin permissions during installation, resulting in failing calls to REST APIs that require the permission.

This issue will not impact new installations, and we are working on a fix for previously impacted installations.
