Errors with Edge Provider

We are now observing recovery for impacted customers and our Engineering team is continuing to monitor this issue.

We have identified a subset of customer traffic patterns that appear to have resulted in disrupted network traffic. This appears to have particularly impacted customers using non-standard user agents as part of their traffic requests. Our Edge Provider has resolved the issue on their side and we are starting to see residual customer recovery.

Our Engineering team is continuing to review urgent cases on this matter for impacted customers. We will advise with an additional update in approximately 30 minutes once our Engineering team has triaged this issue further.

We have identified an issue that impacted some customers due to a service degradation that our edge provider was experiencing.
