Authorize.net is aware of an issue that is currently affecting the ability to reset passwords on Authorize.net Merchant Interface. We are investigating the cause and working urgently to resolve the issue. Impact: Users will see "We encountered an error. Please try again. The issue affecting the Merchant and Partner Interface password reset has now been fully resolved. Authorize.net is conducting an internal review of the events to mitigate future occurrences.
