We are investigating an issue where customers in the APAC region are not able to access Vault Gateway. We are actively looking into this and we will provide an update within 60 minutes or sooner if we have more information to share. Customers in the US and EMEA regions are not impacted.

This issue has been resolved and customers in the APAC region can now access Vault Gateway.
