We are investigating issues when attempting to connect with AWS Support agents via the Chat feature. Other contact types (Calls, Case Creation) are not impacted by this issue. During this time, customers may receive the Chat widget pop-up, but be subsequently unable to connect to an agent. We are actively engaged and engineers are currently working on identifying the root cause.
