Service Update: DNS Resolution Notice

We are currently addressing an issue affecting DNS resolution for our TLD domain, cudawaas.com, which is hosted and managed in collaboration with an external DNS provider. Our teams are actively coordinating with the provider to identify and resolve the root cause. While the majority of DNS servers globally are updating as expected, a small number are still not reflecting the correct name-server configuration, even after more than 12 hours since the issue was first detected.

Key Details:

* The issue originates from DNS resolution delays at certain global DNS servers.
* All necessary changes within our control have been implemented to expedite propagation.
* The percentage of failed DNS requests remains minimal at this time.
* DNS changes may take time to propagate fully, depending on individual server cache/TTL settings.
* We are committed to providing regular updates on our Status page as new information becomes available.

Recommendations:

For Customers Not Experiencing Any Issues
* No action is required at this time.
* We recommend monitoring your services as usual and staying informed through our Status page for any updates.

For Customers Experiencing Intermittent DNS Issues
* Please allow additional time for global DNS propagation to complete, as some servers may still be updating.
* Monitor your access; most issues should resolve automatically as propagation continues.

For Customers Experiencing Persistent DNS Issues
* If you continue to face DNS resolution problems after allowing time for propagation, please contact our Technical Support team for direct assistance.
* Provide details of your issue, including error messages and affected services, to help us resolve your case efficiently.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve this matter. Our teams remain fully engaged, and we encourage you to reach out to Technical Support with any further questions or concerns.

Thank you for your continued trust.

The configuration propagation issues have been resolved and we are narrowing down the cause of the intermittent DNS failures (the percentage of errors has also significantly decreased over the last few hours). Please stay tuned for more updates.

There are several instances where the DNS resolution for a limited set of applications are failing from some regions. This seems to be an underlying issue with the DNS provider and we are working with them to get the details or a fix in place as soon as possible.
