Bazaarvoice is currently experiencing a degradation of service affecting Conversations display (Rating Summary, Review Display, etc.) and the Conversations API service. Clients using BV-hosted display may see slow load times or failure to load. Clients using the API may experience timeouts and errors. Bazaarvoice has identified the root cause of the issue and is working to resolve it. Infrastructure is also being refreshed and scaled up to compensate in the meantime. To help stabilize, Bazaarvoice is temporarily disabling syndication for US clients. Some clients may still see cached syndicated content displaying but new syndicated content will not appear. Other clients may see all syndicated content temporarily missing from display.

Bazaarvoice is continuing to remediate the degradation of service for Conversations. Clients on EU are no longer impacted. US clients are still impacted but should be seeing some improvement. Bazaarvoice will continue to work towards full restoration of service for all clients.
