Degradation - Portal Alerts

Bazaarvoice continues to monitor to ensure a full resolution. To review content that may have not triggered an alert, a Portal Report can be generated by following the steps below:

1. Portal > Insights > Reports
2. New report > Download reviews...
3. Apply desired Filters > Run report

Bazaarvoice is currently investigating a technical issue affecting Portal Alerts that specifically use Moderation Status filters. While these event-triggered notifications are currently failing to send, all other alert types - including those for Content, Products, and Product Feeds - remain fully operational.

Our engineering team has identified the root cause and is currently working on a fix. We will provide a further update at the time noted below or as soon as more information is available.

Bazaarvoice has identified a failure of event-triggered Portal Alerts that have a Moderation Status selection. Other alerts with Content, Products, or Product Feed selections remain operational.
