Degradation - Reviews not returning in Conversations API

Bazaarvoice continues to actively monitor the Conversations API following the recent fixes. We are continuing to verify that all review payloads are populating correctly for all clients, and will provide an update at the designated time below or as soon as new information becomes available.

Bazaarvoice has implemented an additional fix for the Conversations API. We are actively monitoring data flow and API responses to ensure missing review payloads are fully restored, and will provide an update at the designated time below or as soon as new information becomes available.

Bazaarvoice has identified that the fix previously applied to the Conversations API only partially mitigated the issue. Some clients may still experience missing reviews in response payloads. We have downgraded the status back to active investigation while our engineering team works on a complete fix.
