We are currently experiencing reduced functionality of user synchronization from a ProjectWise DI work area to a corresponding cloud project in ProjectWise Web. The impact is that users will not be automatically synchronized and available under the cloud project. Users will still sync on-access, meaning that if a user accesses the project directly (for example via a link) they will be added to the project at that time. The manual synchronization option under Document Settings will also allow you to synchronize all users on-demand.
