At 2:49 PM EST on June 6, 2025, we were alerted to an issue with our database that caused degraded performance across BentoBox backends and e-commerce portals. Our team worked as quickly as possible to resolve this issue and and we were back up and running at 3:20 PM EST. Thank you very much for your patience.
