Problem On Friday, December 1st. 2023, a subset of users were unable to connect to the following domain: byndid.com Impact Users using eero brand Wi-Fi routers with subscription based network-level domain blocking security features enabled were unable to reach byndid.com. Root Cause Beyond Identity Support determined that affected users were connected using an eero brand Wi-Fi router. Additionally, affected users also held subscriptions to eero Plus and had security enabled features that blocked websites based on domain name. It was determined that the eero Plus domain blocking security feature had misclassified a domain name owned by Beyond Identity, and was blocking connections that are required to authenticate users on the Beyond Identity platform. Resolution To prevent the router from blocking required connections, users may add the required domains to the ‘Allow Sites’ list within the eero mobile app. A guide on how to modify the ‘Allow Sites’ list is available here: https://support.eero.com/hc/en-us/articles/360045634132-Block-Allow-Websites
