Bitdefender GravityZone experienced a major incident where the Extended Email Security (EEMS) tab disappeared from the user interface following an update, preventing customers from accessing email security features through the normal UI. Customers could work around the issue by logging directly into Mesh via a provided URL and using the GravityZone IdP login method. The incident was resolved after 56 minutes when a fix was implemented and monitoring confirmed the restoration of normal service.

As a workaround customers can log in directly to Mesh by accessing https://hub-eu.emailsecurity.app/ and selecting the GravityZone IdP login method from the page
