We are aware of an issue where Multi-Factor Authentication SMS messages (text messages) for Verizon users fail to deliver, or are delivered late. While a third-party issue, we are monitoring status for issue resolution. Users may use their recovery code to access their account: https://kb.blackbaud.com/knowledgebase/articles/Article/199505.
