We continue to see a small subset of customers' with higher than expected bounce rates on email sends. Our teams continue to work with the third party to resolve this issue and plan to monitor the situation over the weekend. Please continue to follow this page for any updates. We have taken steps to mitigate the root cause of issues causing an increase in email bounces. Customers who saw a spike in bounces due to this issue should see a gradual decrease in bounces as data flows back into impacted applications. We will continue to monitor the situation and update this page with any updates.

We are investigating an issue which may cause a subset of customers' emails to experience a higher number of bounces than normal. We are working with a third-party to identify the root cause and resolve this issue. Next update 08/14/2025 10:00 am est.
