Blackbaud experienced a 25.9-hour service incident where users encountered intermittent slow page loads, pulsing dots on sign-in pages, and "504 Gateway Timeout" errors when attempting to login or navigate through solutions. The incident affected nearly all Blackbaud products including Altru, Raiser's Edge NXT, Financial Edge NXT, eTapestry, and dozens of other core services and APIs. Engineers resolved the issue through configuration changes and restored full service functionality.
