Greetings, We are currently experiencing an issue with our after-hours phone service. If you try to reach WCM Support and speak to an agent, it will state that the number is out of service. We are reaching out to our after-hours messaging services to resolve this situation. If you have an emergency this weekend, you can leverage our Bb Comms (Mass Notification) after-hours system. That number is 800-829-8107. Our Bb Comms reps will ensure that your emergency situation is passed along to the WCM team, who will then contact you. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
