After intervention and monitoring, it was observed that the 5xx errors ended by 12:56 PM ET. We will continue to monitor but users should be able to access the reports as expected.
A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.
We are investigating a reported issue where some Ally US clients receive a 502 Bad Gateway error, beginning at roughly 10 AM ET on January 8, 2025, when attempting to access the Ally reports. Engineers and product development are currently investigating.
