Blackboard experienced issues with the 4000.15.0 release that affected assessment visibility and Release Conditions functionality across all major regions including Americas, Europe, Asia Pacific, Saudi Arabia, and AWS Gov Cloud. The problems prevented students from properly viewing assessments when custom access exceptions were configured in the Gradebook. The engineering team identified the root cause, developed a fix, and completed deployment across all production environments after 93.5 hours, with ongoing monitoring to ensure platform stability.

The engineering team is actively working on a resolution for the Release condition issue.
As a temporary workaround until the fix is available, please remove any assessment access exceptions configured in the Gradebook (for example, custom start/end dates assigned to individual students).
Once the exceptions are removed, the assessment will appear correctly in the student view.
We appreciate your patience and understanding while we work toward a permanent resolution.
