When manually modifying a subscription in the BLOX admin interface and selecting an alternative rate on a pre-existing subscription, at renewal time, the system is ignoring the manual change in rate. We are working on deploying a fix to correct this issue. Users that have had a manual rate changed but have not yet been charged will be fixed by the update as part of the deployment.
