BlueJeans App on Android

Our Engineers have submitted a new App and is currently being reviewed by the Google team. In the meanwhile, we will be directing users who do not have the app to the mobile browser to join their meetings. Joining via mobile browser works on Chrome version 85 and above.

As an alternate we have also hosted the BlueJeans App on the link below for download and use to join a Meeting or an Event.

Workaround Steps:
To join a BlueJeans Meeting over Mobile, please use mobile browser as the workaround. Refer the KB article link in the post below.
To join a BlueJeans Event, please use the Events App or browser on your desktop/ laptop.

We are continuing to work on a fix for this, and will update the status page once there is additional information.

The BlueJeans Meetings App is currently not available on the Google Play Store. Any new user on Android mobile will not be able to download the App to join a meeting. Our Engineers are trying to reach out to Google team to investigate this issue. As a workaround android users can join a meeting over mobile browser, refer KB link below-
