Between **January 29, 2026, at 23:25 PST** and **January 30, 2026, at 02:15 PST**, some transactions experienced authorization declines.
The issue was caused by a fault on one of our processing partners’ systems, which impacted a subset of transactions during this timeframe. Not all transactions were affected.
Our teams worked closely with the partner to address the issue, and normal processing has since been restored. We are continuing to investigate the root cause with the partner to help prevent similar incidents in the future.
