On 17th of April 2023 at approximately 5:52PM PST, we started investigating an ongoing issue affecting the Public API. We will provide more information as soon as it is available.

Our team has taken steps to remediate this issue and is seeing some improvement with the Public API. Box Relay has recovered. Box Shield and Classifications are functioning as expected, however the Shield Classification icon displayed on list view may be unavailable at this time.
