This issue has been escalated to our Engineers for further investigation.

Our Engineering Team are seeing a restoration of our login and active platform sessions for all users across Consumer Research, Social Media Management and Influence platforms.
This issue has also been identified to impact only a small region of users, with this region now experiencing a restoration of our platforms.
We are continuing to monitor the situation. Thank you for your patience and we apologise for any inconvenience or disruption this issue has caused.
