Micro Training Email Issue

Our Engineering team has identified and remediated the issue that caused the interruption. We plan to resend the missed Micro Training email on Tuesday, 9/22/26.

Users will still receive the upcoming Monthly Newsletter as scheduled this Thursday.

We understand that receiving these emails closer together than usual may cause some confusion or inconvenience. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we worked to resolve the issue.

We’ve recently received reports that this week's Micro Training Emails were not sent out. Our team is actively investigating the root cause that might have disrupted the delivery.

In the meantime, please direct your users to access their Micro Training through our portal at portal.breachsecurenow.com, and take the training under the Micro Training tab. If your client has the BSN Teams App deployed, they may also access the latest Micro Training there.

We’ll continue to share updates as our investigation progresses and will communicate any next steps as soon as they’re available. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work toward a resolution.
