Delay in transactional events

We are currently experiencing delays in updating transactional email statistics, affecting events like opens, clicks, and other related metrics. We appreciate your patience and understanding as our team is working to resolve this issue promptly.

We have identified and addressed the issue with one of our network components. A fix has been successfully applied, and we are now observing improvements in processing transactional events, however, the delay affecting older events will also extend to new incoming events until the backlog is cleared. We are actively monitoring it.
