We are currently experiencing issues with onboarding new users on WhatsApp.
Users attempting to create account via WhatsApp on Brevo are encountering an error message stating, “Oh, no ! An unexpected error occurred. We apologise for any inconvenience. We will work hard to fix this so it doesn’t happen again.”
After investigation, we have determined that the issue is on Meta’s side. We have opened a support ticket with them to identify the root cause and work towards a resolution.

We are currently awaiting response from Meta and will share an update as soon as we hear from them.

We are in the process of releasing a hot fix to unblock users and enable their onboarding on our platform.
We will provide more information once the hot fix has been implemented.
Unfortunately, we have not yet received any information from Meta.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.
